Psychotherapy can help you to shift stuck ways of thinking and behaving, heal wounds, acknowledge losses, accept yourself more fully and live more creatively.
Our work together might include increasing your self awareness, identifying habitual thinking and behaviour, exploring body responses and processing thoughts and feelings.

Where: Sessions can take place either face to face or via Skype. I practice from a light and airy consulting room on the 3rd floor (no stair access) in a Victorian building in East London .

Timings: Sessions last for 50 minutes and take place weekly. I offer a combination of morning, afternoon and evening sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
First steps: I normally recommend that we have an initial session together so that we can see if we are a good fit to work together. If I don't feel I am right for you I will suggest alternatives.
